I’ve been away from the internet way too long to even fathom catching up on everything that happened. The weekend was eventful for myself but I still got around to posting #FreshFridays and a review on Jay Electronica’s concert in Toronto. The week ahead is full of so much promise I can hardly breath just thinking about. Lots of original content on the horizon along with March Madness, St. Patrick’s Day and possibly attending a Laidback Luke concert. Shit’s looking trill. And make sure to join the Tournament Challenge group I made over at ESPN so I can run show. Okay below is a bunch of things that materialized over the last few days, the weekend was good for music.
- Sir Michael Rocks (of The Cool Kids) drops The Rocks Report mixtape
- A rough draft of the remix for ‘All Of The Lights’ surfaced with Lil Wayne, Drake, and Big Sean adding verses. I’m going to wait for the final version, which has a bigger lineup, before posting.
- Star Slinger‘s debut Volume 1 album is now available through Bandcamp for $5.
- Cee-Lo’s track ‘Bright Lights Bigger City’ gets a visual and remix treatment with Wiz Khalifa jumping on board.
